B. Place the cloth roll in the middle position of the fabric inspection machine, and wrap the cloth head around the plastic tube 3-5 times to fix it.

A. Close the air switch, press the power start button, and idle the equipment to check for any abnormal noise or jamming.

B. Turn on the upper and lower lights of the fabric inspection machine to ensure even lighting on the fabric surface.

A. Adjust the edge tracker to the fabric edge tracking state (in manual mode, the plastic tube needs to be lifted, and in automatic mode, it needs to be lowered).

B. Control the operating speed through the speed control knob (right-hand acceleration, left-hand deceleration).

A. Press the "forward rotation" button to start, observe the fabric texture, color difference, defects (such as holes, oil stains, flying yarn, etc.), and deduct 24 points for every 100 yards.

B. Take samples from the head, middle, and tail of each fabric to compare color differences and fabric defects, and record the differences in the left, middle, and right areas.

A. Immediately stop the machine and report any serious issues (such as color marks or uneven tightness), and mark the defect location with arrow paper.

B. Replacing the fabric roll requires shutdown operation, and it is strictly prohibited to tamper with the fabric roll or forcefully adjust it during operation.

A. Do not change the steering during operation, wait for the motor to come to a complete stop before switching.

B. If the equipment is abnormal (such as bearing overheating), it should be shut down immediately and repaired by maintenance personnel before restarting.

Operators need to be familiar with identifying defective fabric points, stand up during fabric inspection, and concentrate their attention.

A. Lubricate the bearings weekly, clean the equipment surface monthly, and clean the transmission chain quarterly.

B. Keep the U-shaped optical eye glass clean and regularly adjust the detection sensitivity.

Turn off the main power before leaving work, record the counter value, and clean the fabric inspection table and its surroundings.
