Laboratory Yarn Twisting Sample Making Machine

Twist the fibers into 48 or more yarns using this machine, which can be used for yarn lamination, sample use for weaving, and evaluation of dyeing effects and other indicators. Can quickly respond to customer requirements and compare to identify differences.

Instructions for use:

1. Place the twisting machine smoothly.

2. Plug in the power and turn on the power switch.

3. Hold the yarn gripper button by hand to open the opening of the yarn gripper, and place a section of the yarn sample into the collet. The collet position has a hook shaped shape, making it easy to quickly fit the yarn sample into the center position of the yarn gripper.

4. Hold the fiber on the horizontal line of the yarn clamp.

5. Step on the foot switch to control the speed and adjust it in either direction.

6. Take off the yarn sample and tie it at the two ends to avoid self unwinding.
