QM-Inspec software is a professional multi-sensor measurement software carefully researched and developed by developers with more than 30 years of experience in the metrology industry and software development. Its design principles are: simple operation, powerful functions, stable and reliable, and easy maintenance.
1. Intuitive operation, easy setting
It is equipped with an image navigation function that captures the entire target with a workbench camera. Find the part that needs to be measured from the overall image, and point out the measurement part after increasing the magnification, so it can be operated simply and intuitively, optimizing the measurement steps, and simple operation.
2. Any placement can be measured
The shape of the target object is memorized, and the position and direction placed on the coordinate table are automatically detected and measured. No positioning and no fixing clamps are required.
Multiple targets placed on the coordinate table can be measured at one time, without the need to measure the same target one by one. There is also no need to arrange fixtures and position them.
5. Test result report output
The real-time data report is to allow the operator to see the sample measurement data at the same time more intuitively, quickly and easily find out the defects and improvement methods of the NG sample, and improve the use efficiency. The measurement results show the real-time measurement data and conclusions, whether the measured size is Pass, the deviation value from the standard value. The sample test result report can be automatically generated in the background and saved as a report with real-time measurement data.
