ZT-1517 Cleaning Agent Surface Tension Tester
Scope of application:
Mechanical Method Automatic Cleaning Agent Surface Tension Tester is a scientific instrument mainly used to measure the surface tension of liquids. The working principle of this instrument is based on measuring the behavior of liquid droplets on solid surfaces. When a liquid drips onto a solid surface, due to the surface tension of the liquid, it forms a shape similar to a sphere. This is because the surface tension causes the molecules inside the liquid to tightly arrange, reducing its surface area. By measuring the diameter of this spherical droplet, the surface tension of the liquid can be accurately calculated.
Main features:
1. Both platinum plate and platinum ring testing methods are used simultaneously;
2. When testing platinum plates, the displayed value is the surface tension value;
3. When using the platinum ring testing method, the displayed value automatically locks the peak value of the sample, and then calculates the surface/interface tension value through the attached calculation software or selects data processing software for automatic calculation by the computer;
4. Platinum ring size: wire radius is 0.185mm, ring radius is 9.55mm, and ring circumference is 60mm;
5. Automatic measurement to avoid human error;
6. Full range automatic calibration, accurate and reliable data, and good repeatability;
7. One click full range reset, completed instantly, with stable zero position and no drift;
8. Manual lifting and automatic measurement;
9. The instrument has a reasonable structure, works independently, and does not require any additional equipment (such as an external computer). It can also be equipped with a computer for data processing;
10. When using platinum plates, the surface tension or interfacial tension of the liquid can be measured in real time. It is very practical for measuring samples containing surfactants or volatile substances whose surface tension changes over time (using data processing software, the test curve can be displayed in real time to obtain detailed information on tension changes);
11. When using a platinum plate for testing, it can automatically test the surface tension of medium and high viscosity liquid samples;
12. Both testing methods can measure the interfacial tension between immiscible liquids, such as the oil/water interface;
13. Data processing software (optional): It can automatically collect test data, display test curves in real time, and the curves can be automatically enlarged, accessed, and printed. Can compare multiple curves, convert raw data into Excel files, and automatically calculate the surface tension value when using platinum ring testing method;
14. Comes with multiple temperature control options to meet different testing requirements;
