1、 Training background and overview
This week, a team of foreign clients visited our factory to conduct a two-day specialized training on the operation of rubber ring cleaning machines. The customer is mainly engaged in the production of medical butyl rubber plugs. The core goal of this learning is to proficiently master equipment operation to achieve efficient cleaning and precise silicone oil spraying of medical butyl rubber plugs, meeting their strict requirements for plug cleanliness and lubricity during the production process.
During the training period, our factory arranged senior technical engineers to serve as the main speakers, using a combination of theoretical explanations and practical exercises to ensure that customers fully master equipment operation skills. The training covers various aspects such as equipment structure principles, butyl rubber plug cleaning process, silicone oil spraying technology, daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
2、 Training content and implementation process
(1) Theoretical knowledge explanation
On the first day of the training, the engineer first introduced the overall structure and working principle of the rubber ring cleaning machine to the customer in detail. Focusing on the characteristics of medical butyl rubber plugs, this article focuses on how the equipment effectively removes surface impurities and residual compounding agents through techniques such as ultrasonic vibration, strong spraying, and hot air circulation, while ensuring that the rubber plugs are not damaged during the cleaning process.
In the silicone oil spraying process, the engineer explained in depth the working mechanism of the spraying system based on customer needs, including key points such as silicone oil concentration ratio, spraying pressure control, and ensuring spraying uniformity. In addition, the PLC automation control system of the equipment was introduced, guiding customers on how to set parameters, monitor operating status, and record production data through the touch screen.
(2) Practical skills training
After the theoretical training, the customer team enters the production site for practical training. Under the one-on-one guidance of the engineer, the customer completed the entire process of equipment startup debugging, butyl rubber plug feeding, cleaning parameter setting, silicone oil spraying operation, and equipment shutdown cleaning in sequence.
In the cleaning process, the customer personally experienced the high efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning. By adjusting the cleaning temperature, time, and ultrasonic power, the effect of different parameters on the cleanliness of the rubber plug was observed. In the practical operation of silicone oil spraying, customers have mastered how to adjust the spraying angle and flow rate according to the specifications of the rubber plug, ensuring that the silicone oil evenly covers the surface of the rubber plug, which not only meets the lubrication requirements but also avoids the problem of particle pollution caused by excessive silicone oil.
(3) Maintenance and troubleshooting training
To ensure that customers can independently deal with equipment problems in subsequent production, the training also includes daily maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. The engineer explained the cleaning methods, lubrication cycles, and replacement process of vulnerable parts for key components of the equipment, and guided customers in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting by simulating common fault scenarios such as ultrasonic generator failure and spray system blockage.
3、 Training results and customer feedback
After two days of systematic training, the customer team has proficiently mastered the operation skills of the rubber ring cleaning machine and can independently complete the cleaning and silicone oil spraying work of medical butyl rubber plugs. In the final practical assessment, the customer‘s operating standards and parameter settings were reasonable, and the cleanliness of the rubber plug cleaning and the uniformity of silicone oil spraying met the expected standards.
The customer highly praised this training and believed that the content was in line with actual needs. The engineer explained it carefully and patiently, and the practical training arrangements were sufficient. The customer stated that through this learning experience, they not only mastered equipment operation skills, but also gained a deep understanding of the key points of cleaning and silicone oil spraying processes for medical butyl rubber plugs, which is of great significance for improving their product quality.
